Roaster’s Table- Cupping

It’s that time again! Cup to Cup will be hosting its third Roasters Table event Saturday, February 26 at the roastery. Head roaster James Spano will take guests through a cupping- the methods professionals use for evaluating a coffee. Three coffees will be evaluated and then favorites will be served to drink. Naturally, cookies will be available.
