On Tuesday the 21st of this month (December) we will be hosting our very first “Roasters Table”. What is Roasters Table?
Chef’s Table definition: A chef’s table is a table located in the kitchen of a restaurant, reserved for VIPs and special guests. Patrons are served a themed tasting menu prepared and served by the head chef.
Roasters Table definition: Head roaster James Spano will host a small group of guests for a private tasting. The tasting will include a first look at new coffee(s) coming to Cup to Cup in the near future, as well as feature very rare selections of coffees from some of the finest roasterys in the country.
This is a chance for us to do what we love: Serve people excellent coffees. The small setting and limited availability will allow us to give more in depth knowledge to the coffee lover wanting to learn more about coffee. It also allows us to offer them amazing coffees that would not be available to our general customers due to cost and availability.
We hope to do this on a regular basis in the future, so don’t despair if you didn’t make the guest list (though limited seats can be reserved through our Facebook page). We are very excited about this and hope it becomes something truly special!
